How To Manage Ovulation Dates To Get Pregnant?
i am 30 years old, want to get pregnant earlier, my husband lives in other state , but he is coming in the next week. yesterday my periods get started the please advise me that on ovulatary date is 7th aug on that day also interaction with my husband is important for getting pregnant.

in my opinion
to predict the ovulation days first your cycles should be regular with constant flow period.
usually 14 day from the stopping of the flow is considered as the ovulation day.
so i suggest you to consider doing intercourse 3 days before and after that 14 th day.
that is from 11th day to 17 day .
