Hi
To reduce the morning sickness you can-
Eating small, frequent meals high in carbohydrate and low in fat,
Eating plain biscuits about 20 minutes before getting up.
Try Ginger
Antiemetics/ anti vomiting drugs like cyclizine or Prochlorperazine.
Thanks
