Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, that you are unable to move your right hand after surgery.
And increase in the abdomen is found after the surgery. It can be controlled, by diet regimen.
Avoid the calories, fats, oils, junk foods, fleshy fruits like guava, and banana.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid the day time sleep.
For movement of the right hand,I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
