How To Maintain The Sperm Levels Even While Medication Gives Temporary Relief ?
hello doctor my husband is 37 years old. he has low sperm level about 25%. he is taking medicine for almost one year. after taking medicine his sperm level was become 45%. but before one month in his test report sperm level was again low about 15 %. i am so much worried. how he can maintain his sperm level. please help me out thanx
Hello I appreciate your concern in my opinion your doctor should identify and address the underlying cause for low sperm count
thus could be due to any of following chronic UTI prostate disease Nutritional deficiency metabolic disorder like diabetes or hormonal imbalances
In my opinion he should consult a GP or general surgeon for check up and investigation like blood for hemoglobin CBC blood sugar liver function test thyroid test urine for culture and sensitivity or an ultrasound scan
I will suggest following guidelines complete abstinence of smoking and alcohol regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet with multivitamin supplements is recommended lots of fresh fruits and fruit juices
hope.this help you please feel free to ask for more clarification best wishes Dr BR Hudda
