Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted you have high liver enzymes...
Along with lymphocytosis present....
So more chance of viral hepatitis....

In liver affection itching can occur....
Here USG or liver scan done to rule out if gall stone , fatty liver or cholangitis preset....
Viral marker study by ELISA can be done for hepatitis virus B, C , A or E.....

Meanwhile low fat diet taken with more fruits....
Green leafy veg more...
Avoid alcohol...
Junk foods and non veg avoided....

Regular follow up done....

If hepatitis b diagnosed then repeat test for it done after 6 month to exclude Carrier....

Take care....
