Sure, but you still need some protein for your body so stick to baked,or grilled chicken and trim the fat before hand, or Tuna is also really good for you. If your a vegetarian  can eat Kidney beans, Spinach,Beats Cabbage, Corn. And almost forgot Eggs,little bit of salsa tastes awesome. Don't be afraid to marinate the chicken to whatever you like, but keep it light.

Lose the sodas, ..and Only drink WATER

Losing your weight should be in a healthier manner. Trying to take all the essential nutrients but low in fat and calories. Eating only fruits and vegetables will not give the all the nutrients to the body. You are lacking in carbohydrates and proteins. Complex carbohydrates are best choosen for the high fiber content as it is very benefical in losing weight.Protein are equally important to the body for synthesis.Can choose foods rich in protein and low in fat.For example, Tofu - a soy milk paneer which is high in protein and very low fat instead of cottage chesse( paneer ).Diet modifications with life style changes are needed for a healthy weight loss.
