How To Lose Weight?

Hi I am 41 years old and I weigh about 66-67 kgs and my height is 152cms. I am finding it hard to loss any weight. I do have a fairly controlled diet and do Yogo 3 days a week. I have toned down but losing weight is very difficult. I guess my ideal weight should be 57-58kgs. Please provide advice.

Yes you are overweight by 13-14kgs.
For loosing weight you have to do aerobic exercises for at least 45-60 minutes everyday.Along with this,observe proper dietary control.Yoga exercises doesn't result in loss of weight.You may even take the help of a weight trainer in the GYM to do proper exercises.
