Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had an endometrial ablation in May of 2012. Since the surgery, I ve had no periods whatsoever. I started gaining weight slowly, going from 120 to 140 pounds in the past 2 years. Weight gain is largely in my stomach, hips, and thighs. My GYN stated I cannot take estrogen for past medical reasons/problems. Any suggestions to lose weight with low estrogen levels?
