Hello and welcome to HCM, Obesity is a risk factor for developing high cholesterol. Weight loss will help to control the levels of cholesterol also. Weight loss requires improving the diet as well as regular exercise. Diet should be rich in proteins, fiber, salads, fruits and plenty of water. Avoid carbohydrates and fats in your diet. Take regular aerobic exercises regularly. Hypothyroidism (high TSH) needs to be managed by thyroid hormone replacement. You need to take thyroxine and get the thyroid function tests regularly.
