How To Lose Post Pregnancy Weight?

after i fell pregnant i gained some weight and was'nt to troubled about it but after giving birth i gained more weight than ever and i weigh 35 kg's more than i did before falling pregnant, i was told i will loose weight with continued breastfeeding but i haven't. i thought i idin't loose cause i was at home on maternity leave but i went back to work 3 months ago and have cut down substantially on what i eat causing me to produce evn less milk than before but to my dismay i still have not lost weight. I breastfeed at night and express 360mililitres everyday, i go to gym 3 times a week though its not everyweek i get to go there due to my hectic schedule. what can i do to ensure i start loosing some serious weight i need to loose atleast 10kgs in the next 7 months.

get blood test for thyroid profile.
weight gain after delivery is common due to hormonal changes cause hypothyroidism,
take a balanced diet plus exercise.
take fresh fruits, leafy veg, dried fruits, soya products,
avoid alcohol,smoking,cola,coffee,junk foods.
do swimming,cycling,
consult physician for tablet orlistat,lorcaserin.
wait,it may take one year to loss weight.
