How To Lose Body Weight?

I m trying to lose the last 10lbs. Daily, I have been eating one carb and the rest, fruits and vegetables. I exercise everyday, it varies from basketball, cardio, and strength training. I can t seem to lose any more weight and i m wondering why. Any advice will help, thank you.

There are many causes of overweight such as increased food consumption without increasing physical activity, high junk food, Cushing’s syndrome, and hypothyroidism. There are many more uncommon causes.
Advice
1.     Continue work out. Start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
2.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
3.     Avoid alcohol/beer and smoking
4.     Increase consumption of high fiber diet such as wheat bread, dry date, vegetablesetc
5.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
6.     Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
7.     Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal
8.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
9.     Avoid oily & spicy food
10.     Investigation – lipid profile
