Hey Doctors! my height is 158 cm ,my weight is 61 KG and i have no medical problems. my question is that i want to lose some weight but i can't follow any diet because based on previous experience; after finishing my diet i gain weight easily.. i want something effective still healthy and not considering harsh diets. can you help me Doctors !
Hi Welcome to Health Care Magic You need to follow following guidelines and you will lose weight soon. 1) Avoid Junk food 2)Avoid carbonated Beverages 3)Avoid clarified butter 4) Just take 8 hours sleep, getting more sleep leads to more weight gain 5)Take more vegetables and fruits 6) Take lean meat 7)Take 1-2 glasses of water before lunch and dinner then take your meals after 15 minutes 8) Do 30 minutes walk 9) Take 1 glass luke warm water, add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and take this before breakfast, after 15 minutes take your breakfast
