How To Loose Weight?

Hi, I am 32 years old, high 158, weight 61 KG, i am exercising around 2 to 3 times per week, depends on my work schedule, currently i joined Aerobic classes.



This is first time i reach this weigh, previously i was 58KG only, the extra weight gained for around one year.



My aim is to get my weight back, and to have flat stomach, can you advise me.



One more thing, I almost eat rise every day, and i am a fan of Chicken, and I work on office base, that’s mean 8 hours seating on the chaire.

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
You are 3 kilos overweight and I appreciate your desire to get to your healthy weight of 58. It is achievable by eating wholesome low calorie low GI food. 1 kilo of weight is about 7,700 calories. So if you reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories per day, you can lose half a kilo a week.
This has to be supported with exercise and the best exercise at your age would be high intensity interval training.
Along with these you should also practise stress relieving measures like yoga, meditation etc so that you are not stressed and will not find relief in food.
