Skipping is definitely fine for weight loss
. You can try yoga
for a relief over a period of time. With regardss to diet, avoid refined foods such as rice, pasta, noodles, corn
flakes etc and consume foods rich in fiber such as wheat rotis, oats, barley, wheat flakes, dhalia etc. Along with these you should also take it at least 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day. Try to include green leafy vegetables at least 3 times a week. You can also consume egg white for more protein in your diet but limit to egg white twice a week or so. Along with this, you need to consume at least 3-4 litres of water to help you detoxify and assist in losing weight. You can consume 2-3 medium rotis for lunch with dhal and vegetables and buttermilk if needed. You can snack on fruits, vegetable salads, or sprouts in case you are hungry. Ensure you are not eating foods high in carbohydrates.
