age is 25 male m using melrio cream (company ajanta pharma) approx 14 months and my black spots on face has gone but if I discontinue the cream I get dark face skin and dark spot over my forehead is this caused because of regular use of cream ? and how long should I continue using this cream ? is it good or has any side effects for long term use? Plz give me a particular cream name to maintain and lightening my skin colour and no side effect using long time... my skin type is oily... plz help me
HI Well come to HCM If the dark complexion is natural one and not due to any disease then this is useless to treat this condition but cosmetic product could be the solution for this, and this is due to some skin disease then in my opinion this could be managed with the following regime of local application 1) Beclomethasone, Terbinafine, cream apply this twice in day 2) Hydroquinone cream at bed time only if this fails to respond then better to see the dermatologist, have a nice day.
