By Kapraday's rule take the shortest duration of your cycles and subtract it by 18 and the longest duration of your cycles and subtract it by 10.
For example,
Shortest cycle 26-18= 8th day
Longest cycle 30-10= 20th day
This means your fertile period is anywhere between 8th to 20th day and the rest is the safe period in the month. Beware if the cycles are very irregular this formula may not be applicable. You need to go on the pill to be safe, do speak to your Gynaecologist before using the above formula and other options available for you.
