As your urine test result are almost normal for all except presence of albumin known as micro albuminuria and presence of pus cell which become significant in males but not at this level for a females. Pus cells signifies infection of urinary tract. Micro albuminuria occur when there is abnormally increased permeability in renal glomerulus due to damage by conditions like diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, heart failure, cirrhosis, SLE and, if not treated early may lead to chronic kidney disease. To know accurate measurement of albuminuria you should go for 24 hour urinary protein measurement and urine culture& sensitivity for infection detection, consult a physician who will tell you further investigations to know the exact cause.
