How To Interpret The Following PET Scan Result?

I am a case of NSCLC (optd). My recent pet scan shows increased Fdg uptake in Mediastinal lymph nodes, Rt parabronchial (SUV max2.4), Lt Parabronchial (suv max 3.3) and AP Window (SUV max 3.6) 'likely of inflammatory etiology'.
However, the final impression reads 'there is no evidence to suggest active disease'
I am 72 years old.Was operated on 09 Jul 2009 followed by six sessions of Chemotherapy. last Pet scan on 01 Apr 10 did not detect any FDG Avid lesion
Am currently on Geftinib 250 mg OD.
Do I need to be concerned about the pet scan report. Would I need further Chemotherapy.

SUV max of the lymph nodes are fairly low and a malignant nature is very unlikely. I don't know the size of the nodes. I can guess they are small, but that is only a guess. FNAC/Biopsy of the nodes are not needed at this moment and probably not possible if these nodes are very small.
The best course of action would be a follow-up scan after 6 months to one year before a malignant nature is presumed.
Please consult your oncologist for opinion.
