Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen test is as follows:
The physical characters - volume of semen is within normal limits.
The pH is slightly alkaline which is normal.
Semen sample should be viscous but in your case it is hypoviscous.

Motility of sperms is within normal limits, however, the morphology of sperms shows all dead sperms.

The sample shows presence of white blood cells and a positive culture for staphylococcus bacteria.
Thus, appropriate antibiotic therapy should be started and semen analysis should be repeated after treatment of infection.

Thanks and take care
