• Increase cardiac size measurement ? Cardiomegaly correlation with ECG
• Clear both costophrenic angles and apex zone
Increase broncho vascular is markings at both lungs and prominent aortic knuckle seen at chest x.ray

as the findings of this chest x ray, we do highlights on the cardiomegaly or increased heart size with prominent aortic knuckle that can be presentation of hypertension or cardiac problem so we have to confirm it by echocardiography to assess the healthy state of the cardiac muscls and cardiac function and its muscle wall contractility and the valvular, otherwise your lung state has nothing to wary about. so just consult you cardiologist for evaluation your heart status.
