How To Induce Periods When Diagnosed With PCOS?

I have PCOS..and dont mestruate unless i take duphaston. Since it is banned in d UK(am studying abroad here), wht can i replace it with? Im also on 1000mg metformin bd, and trying to lose weight..but i want to menstruate regularly. OCP causes weight gain/water retention, any other alternatives?

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned you age else something better could have been thought with the history of ovarian cyst you may not be having regular menses if you are on some hormone medicines, if this is the cyst is the main concern then it is advisable to cure this first but most of the time it regresses on its own, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
