hello doctor:)
I am 24yr old male in last 5yrs i do masturbate:)
Now also i continue, monthly four or five times i do masturbate:)
physicaly i feel well but mentally i feel may be my sperm is less count or zero:)
its possible to increase a sperm count? help me and give suggestions:) plz doctor:)

As an Urologist, let me advise you, that masturbation is a normal habit.
It's good to clear your doubts about your health.
First get a semen analysis done, by giving semen in lab.(no masturbation for prior 2 days).
If sperm count is normal, nothing to worry.
