Hi
I can understand your problem.
Incomplete data like age, gender, any medical illness or drug intake??

I would advise you to kindly consult a doctor to rule out the possible causes of slow heart rate associated with fainting, dizziness and inability to concentrate.
Your BP should be recorded and ECG may be required to confirm.
Other investigations like CBC, Thyroid function tests, etc.

Yes, exercise does increase the heart rate.

Hope this answers your query.
