Hello Dr Jain,

I am dimple, 30 yrs old, I have no medical history. I am planning for a baby and I have been told by friends and family that rather than taking any supplements. I should just drink water from a copper vessel empty stomach and take folic acid and that will suffice all my needs. I have gone through the internet which suggest lots of other things. Can you please throw some light on this?
