How To Increase The Body Weight?

Hi Doctor, My name is John. My height is 160 centimetres and weight is about 48kgs. I want to gain weight in one month of vacations, after which I would have to go back to the hostel where healthy diet is not possible. Please suggest me something keeping in mind that gym workout is not available for me. I can only do exercise without gym instruments. Please help me.

Hi, Mr.John thanks for writing in. your weight should be around 55 to 60 kgs. firstly start with warming up with a jog,then mild exercises try out cardio exercises, push ups,cycling ,swimming. try out moderate exercises not high intensity ones. along with have a protein rich diet including milk, cottage cheese, egg whites, lean meat. have a good amount of water around 2litres per day. and fruits and vegetables. a moderate amount of carbohydrates and fats is also necessary.
