i am 38.my marriage is about 5 yrs old.now,i have no desire to sex with my wife.but i love her very much which my wife realise.i have no other extra marital relation.but whenever i sex the duration last only 30 seconds.i am a chain smoker.now,what can i do?

I really appreciate your concern looking to your history I could say that this is happening because of the depression the sex drive comes from the cerebral cortex and that depends upon many stimuli like visual, thinking, touch, personal relation, and for that first condition is you should be mentally happy and prepared for this, cut down the smoking, have a word with your wife for this, hope this information helps you, have a nice time.
