At the end of the long bones (bones in the upper limbs and in the thighs and legs) is an area called epiphyseal plate.
During childhood and adolescence, this area is involved in adding new bone to increase length and height.
At the end of adolescence or more commonly sometime during adolescence, it stops adding new bone and changes into an epiphyseal line. NO further growth is possible after this time.
It is quite likely that at age 19, your epiphyseal plate has become an epiphyseal line and no further growth is likely. Height is primarily genetically determined.
The stretching exercises would help you make the most of your present height and you should continue them, but they will not add any new height.
I hope this helps
