hello doctor ,,,, i am 17 years old ,,, i have been masturbating for the past five years and now i feel very guilty and sorry for that,,, for the past five years i was masturbating daily,that is once a day... will i get any problem... how to increase my fertility??? pls doctor help me

well you are too young to masturbate daily.dont worry even now there is no harm to control this habit.you will just get addicted to it.well try avoiding boredom in your life.this will help you to avoid masturbating frequently.masturbating twice to thrice is advisable.over masturbating may lead to a decrease in semen and sperm count both.
