You could be having premature ejaculation. This is because of performance anxiety. You should not take much stress. Eat healthy. You need to lose weight you may be obese and this can also cause problems. Avoid fatty food, fried food, junk food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do daily exercise to keep fit. Get 6-8 hours of sleep. Be confident. Do more foreplay and then do sex. If you feel semen coming out early, ask your female partner to press the tip of your penis softly with her finger and thumb, this will prevent early ejaculation. Do this as many times as you want to prolong sex.
