Hi anik and welcome to HCM
As a General Physician i would like to help you out. Firstly you have to check for the loss of blood externally like any type wound,
blood in stool or urine (got urine R/E and stool for occult blood checked), bleeding for heamorriods or from gums while brushing, heavy mensuration bleeding, bleeding from peptic ulcers etc., try to check and rule out the cause.
You have investigated in detail for other causes like:
1.
Iron deficiency anemia
2. rule out kidney disease, erythopoietin helps in making RBC's
3.Anemia related to poor nutrition, Vitamin B12 and folic acid are two important minerals
4.some viral infection may cause anemia
5. anemia due to some medication like antibiotics,
chemotherapy etc.
6.
Bone marrow related anemia and many more....
Please consult your family doctor as early as possible, so that it can't exceed to an emergency. If your doctor advised and investigation takes time to get to a diagnosis go for
Blood Transfusion, it would help a lot.
Get some investigation done and review with a follow up query, I wants to help you out.
Get well soon
