How To Increase Height?

hi doctor, i am 19 years old and i am 5 '3 right now and trying to increase my height by exercise also i could not find my brain to work properly or in other words i have no commands on my thoughts and spent most of the time in waste thought ex= what may happen? how it would happen? etc.. when i am in tension then one of nerve of my upper left part of brain feels like pressure and disturbed. Even i cant be able to gain my weight even after eating enough food. please help me..................

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you are in need it is not possible to gain the height due to age factor.
You can gain weight by increasing the calorie intake, fleshy fruits, take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses ,sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Increase the sleeping time, follow the early to bed and little late to rise.
