Hi,i m FARHAN of 21 years old,i m here to say that my height is 5 .7 , i want to grow it more bcz i feel shu whenever i m along with my friends,plz suggest me as i m much worry about it .

Height is totally genetically determined.
once growth centers fuse height cannot be changed.
there are surgeries to increase limb length but are not advisable..
5'7" is absolutely normal for indian standards......
