How To Increase Breast Milk Supply?

Hi. I have two month old twin girl babies. My milk supply was too low. It was not enough for single feed for my one baby. I was take lacture capsules 3 time for ten days. But no more improvement on my breast feed. What i do for increase my breast milk supply. Please tell something

hello there, i am dental specialist,thanks for the quiery. I think galact powder granules, which is ayurvedic seems to help few mothers to lactate better. plus u have to take lot of fluids like u have to drink water, milk. Even spinach greens helps. take lots of rest and u should be ok.
