Respected sir my problem is a very strange one that i'm 54kg of weight and i'm lean. i was eating more daily night as much possible with atleast 2or3 eggs boiled but there is no change in my weight pls help me whether i want to gym or any other exercises

Putting on weight does not mean you have to eat more than you need. Make a plan
1.Try to eat 5 meals a day in a small portion including vegetable, fruits, meat, chicken, fish, legume, drinking planty of water and juice.
2.Do physical activity. .making this your appetite will increase and your body will be elegant. Starting 30 min a day.. and with the time do more.Making Fitness is better then any other sports
3.Be determined but do not calculate each kg you put
