HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

To determine if a persons weight is appropriate for height, the weight ( in kg) is divided by the height (in meters, squared), if doing it manually.
This is called the BMI (body mass index).

There are BMI calculators online that you can put in your weight and height and it can be calculated for you.

Underweight BMI is less than 18.5, if it is 18.5 to 24.9, then you are normal weight.

If over 25- overweight

If your BMI is underweight then you can gain weight by increasing your calorie intake from food and drink.
This means increasing the frequency of meals by using snacks between main meals and also increasing portion sizes of meals.

Decreasing activities that would cause weight loss would also help.

If your BMI is normal then your weight is good for you.

I hope this helps
