Hi, i am lakshmi.
my age is 22,and my height is 5.8 and weight is 46. how to increase my weight in healthy way. dancing is my hobbies. i do dance every day minimum half an hour. what i have to do now to gain my weight. pls tell me some tips to gain my weight.

Eat healthy. Eat a balanced diet of rice, fish, vegetables and meat. You may have indigestion or any other health problem that cause you to lose weight easily. Check your blood for:
1. Thyroid function tests( TSH, T3, T4) Hyperthyroidism is a disease which cause loss of weight and is common in women
2. Absolute Eosinophil Count
3. Stool Microscopy for Helminth ova
4. Peripheral blood smear for detecting anemia
Please do the following and do a followup consultation
