hello user , regarding dietary advice to have good fertility - it is good to have antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium in your food products along with protein. you can have green leafy vegetables like spinach, fresh fruits especially citrus one like orange , nuts like walnuts and cashewnuts , whole grains . keep away from alcohol , smoking and caffeine . drink a lot of water . exercise daily for around 30 minutes , ensure adequate sleep. apart from this consult some reproductive endocrinologist / fertility specialist for medical help.hope i answered your query , if satisfied please rate the answer - any further queries are welcome
