How To Improve One S Eye Sight?
Dear Dr. John, I m software developer. Age is around 55. I use +1.5 spherical since last 3 years during working. How can I improve my eye sight. The eye specialist also told me catarct is in initial stage. He recommended Mediphakol eye drops. Please also give suggestions how i can minimize there effects.

You are presbyopic and using near correction. Take proper care of your eye like cleaning with fresh water. There is no way to control cataract as it is a natural process. Avoid bright sunlight or looking at spark of welding or eclipse without protective glass. Maintain proper near work and proper light. Avoid excessive computer use to avoid computer vision syndrome, artificial tear drop should be applied to avoid dry eye.
