How To Improve Fetal Growth?

Hi I have recently had a growth scan at 26 weeks pregnant. I am concerned as they say my baby is a little on the small side. My bmi is 22 And the baby is measuring on the 10th centile the baby weighs 868g at this stage. When I check results online a healthy weight is around 760g for 26 weeks slightly confused why they have worked out me to be smaller? I have another growth scan in 2 weeks what can I do to make things better thanks

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is 26 weeks going on and still some weeks need to be going for complete development, what ever the parameter detected it is just monitoring system and this is nothing to worry, if no obvious anomaly detected then you need not worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
