How To Improve Eyesight While Suffering From Myopia?

Dear Sir,
My daughter is having myopia and very recently it has been detected. Dr. has prescribed syndopa. She is 14 years Old and her power is -0.25 (spherical)+0.25(cylindrical) in left eye and 0.50(spherical)+0.25(cylindrical). Kindly suggest me how it will be helpful for improving her eyesight or will it be at all necessary for her? Please help me.

Dear Mithu Chowdhry. Kindly give vitamin A rich food stuffs to your daughter which will improve eye sight. The vitamin A rich food stuffs are Carrots, Papaya, green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, cod liver oil, mangoes, whole milk, dried apricots, spinach, peaches, fortified oatmeal.
