How To Improve Digestion?

HI, I am AJAY suffered from jaundice 5 months ago.after recovering i met wih an accident so i used some antiboitics and painkillers.after few days i was suffering from small digestion problems and digestion is very slow.i consulted doctor and took LFT test on his advice.and in report everything is fine except bilurubin(2.0mg/dl).HE advised that there is no problem and gave me some medicines namely 1.MOREASE-I 2.PANTOCID-L 3.NORMAXIN. i am using these since three days but i cant see the change.i would be very pleased if i get any advice

See, your doctor has given you very appropriate medications. Continue with those and you will need another week to see proper effects. I would suggest you some dietary modifications like having small frequent meals, increased dietary fibers and less fatty and junk food. Rather take bland diet for a week. This would help.
