we try in a general teaching method but after some time if ask same question then again make a

how i can train him
I am leaving in Saudi Arbia ( Jeddah) I don't have any idea here which Dr. is good
when he was 2 years old he got some injured in head

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion you should get his assessment done by a developmental and behavioural paediatrician to rule out conditions like ADHD, learning disability or low IQ.
Only after the proper diagnosis can proper therapy be started for him.
