Thank you for the query.
As per the history, you a 38yrs old male, chronic alcoholic (more than 10years), with deranged liver function test and hypertriglyceridemia (TG-743). You also have macrocytic Red blood cell.
My first advise to you would be to cut down your intake of alcohol (gradually you can stop it completely). Increased alcohol consumption is associated with hypertriglyceridemia which can lead to complications like acute pancreatitis. Chronic alcohol consumption can also lead to severe conditions like chronic liver disease and cirrhosis. Cardiac arrythmia and alcoholic cardiomyopathy may also occur. Neuropathy may also occur. Infact, Macrocytosis also occurs due to long term alcohol consumption.

I would recommend you to reduce the intake of aerated drinks and refined carbohydrates. If possible, please get a blood sugar screening done. You may need to start medications to reduce your TG levels (fibrates and statins, after consulting your physician). Vitamin supplements are needed in this case. Psychological counselling may help you to quit alcohol.
It is suggested you visit your treating physician for management of your condition.
Hope this helps you out.
