Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I'm going to a new doctor. My former dr. always requested that I strip completely to my shorts for an exam, I assume so that he could look me over thoroughly. My new dr. usually doesn't even have me take my shirt off. He relies more on blood tests. Should I be concerne?

welcome to hcm; both the physical examination along with the investigation will give a clear picture of a persons diagnosis. so physical examination alone without investigation is not good and relying only with investigation without physical examination will not help. A good physician examines the patient have some investigations and correlates hope this explains with regards Dr.Amarnath
