How To Identify Internal Bleeding After Head Injury, Headache And Fatigue?
my brother was mugged by five guys the smached his head off a cement step until he was uncontious. he was taken by ambulance to hospital they did a cat scan said didnt see anything. But he is still very tiered, off balance and has a headache no pain medicane is helping. Is there something more he needs to do? How would we know if there was internal bleeding? What should he do?

He needs to get back to the hospital for another cat scan since sometimes a subdural hematoma--a brain bleed--isn't seen on the initial scan.
This could just be a post-concussion syndrome but he needs to be re-examined first.
