I have read your history and it looks tome that you are having cervical spondylysis with nerve compression. There are nerves of arm which passes through bones in the neck and these get compressed due to neck bones degeneration. At present my advice to you is get a MRI of cervical spine which will give us clear picture about your disease. You should wear soft neck coller and can take pregabalin tablet for pain relief. Role of medrol tablet is also there.
