Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. The black and white heads you are referring to are called senile comedones, which is pretty common in old age. Ideal treatment option would be a simple office based procedure called comedone extraction. Alternately, you can get then removed with help of radiofrequency cautery. Use a good cleanser like cetaphil cleanser to open up your clogged pores. Apply good moisturiser like Emolene cream as required for dry skin.
