How To Heal Fall Injury Mediated Fore Head Bump And Black,swollen Left Eye?

I fell from my stairs on Sunday, 9th feb, I had an egg-sized bump on my forehead on the left side.
The bump reduced the next day , though it is still there.
The new development is on my left eyes. It's black and swollen.
No pain, fine eyes movement, just this swelling thing.
Please suggest.

I am so sorry to hear about this fall. Because there is no life threatening condition right now, I will suggest that you exercise patience and monitor this. the body would take care of this in due time. the black spots and the bump constitute blood collections that would require time for the body cells to eat them off and bring about a reduction in size and clear the black spots. Patience is all that is needed at this time.

Please, always take precautions to avoid falls. This wasn't so bad but there are fall related injuries that can be fatal.
