How To Heal Bleach Fumes Mediated Sore Throat?

I have inhaled some bleach fumes. And now I am coughing and my throat is burning deep down. Like I have a sore throat. I went out side for awhile and drank some milk to sooth my throat but it still feels like I have a severe sore throat. What should I do?

HI. May be you need steroids and antiallergic medicines too, meet the Doctor as the aftereffects better be avoided. Drink water frequently. IT may resolve within a few days .
