How To Heal Arm Injury?
Fell on my arm last night and eased the pain with ibuprofen. I can turn my elbow with a medium amount of pain but fully straightening it is impossible, I hit a pain threshhold before I can fully extend. I can bend it however just fine with little pain.

Depending on the severity of the fall ,I would suggest you meet an orthopedic surgeon and get xrays of the elbow done to rule out an fractures. Local ice packs with analgesics should help you ease the pain but xray is absolutely essential. Hope this has helped.
